Your hunt starts the moment we collect you from the airport, and ceases only once you are safely on you way back home, having experienced a rewarding hunting experience with Gondala Safaris.

RIFLE HUNTING

We have over 42 species on offer. Plains game, exotic game as well as the Big Six (Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion, Leopard and Hippo). We will move to wherever necessary depending on Tag availability and natural habitat. Our plains game hunts are also an experience of a lifetime.

The hunter will be accompanied at all times by a qualified and licensed professional hunter. Well-trained camp staff, including trackers, skinners, cooks and general camp assistants are always at hand. We endeavor to cater to all our clients’ personal needs to ensure a memorable African experience. All trophies are prepared by skinners under careful supervision. The mounting of trophies can be arranged by professional taxidermists who, with expert craftsmanship will rekindle your African memories in your trophy room or toy can have it dipped, packed and shipped to your own taxidermist in your country.

Green hunts is offered to the individual, Rhino, Elephant etc... with prior agreement.

Rifles and ammunition are available at a minimal fee, for travelers who wish to hunt at short notice, during a business or holiday trip.

BOW HUNTING

A very challenging and rewarding method in many different ways of hunting depending on the type of game that you wish to hunt is by bow. The hunter will at all times be accompanied by a Professional Hunter who too is involved in the sport of Bowhunting. Our guides are not only qualified to escort clients on plains game hunts, but are also certified through the NBEF (International Bow Education Foundation) to escort clients to hunt the Big Six (Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion, Leopard and Hippo). It is essential that on the more dangerous or bigger animals, experienced bow hunters and the right equipment is use for success in landing your target.

Gondala Bow Hunting Safaris has exclusive rights for bow hunters in an area never hunted before, needless to say you can selectively judge your trophy to ensure quality - Bow-hunting only concessions. Our bow hunting hides consists of ground blinds and above ground hides and are situated near waterholes or feeding areas or alternately you can conduct walk and stalk hunts. The bow-hunter will have ample opportunity to sight his or her bow on the game ranch before the hunt. The use of anti-scent sprays are highly recommended. A good supply of arrows, spare broadhead blades, strings and other spares should be brought with.
